Historiography and Bibliography- Must be typed-double spaced, and submitted through the link in Blackboard, 8pages in length.
Choosing one of the themes in this class (Mississippi during the civil rights movement), create a bibliography of at least 10 secondary sources (at least three must be books). You will use these sources as the basis of this historiography paper. All of the sources must be peer-reviewed academic sources (journal articles and books).
Using those sources, write a historiography in which you address the ways in which scholars have examined one of the theme of our class over time. This assignment will be graded on grammar, content, and historical analysis. Think about how these sources compare and contrast, what their arguments are, what gaps they fill in our knowledge, what gaps remain in our knowledge of this topic.
