Scenario: You are mentoring a younger enlisted service member. They are promotable and are getting ready to transfer to a new duty station. You and your mentee, however, have learned that your men tee’s non commissioned officer in charge (NCOIC) at the new duty station is somewhat, to put it mildly, “difficult to work with.”
