Assessment task details and instructions Written report (100%) You are required to submit a 3500 word structured report, which focuses upon a service user whose care you have been involved in. Through this, you will identify and critically analyze a challenging element of care, in order to critically reflect upon the key skills and knowledge needed to make the transition towards becoming an autonomous practitioner.

Your report must include
• Introduce the client and the care setting;
• Using supportive literature, identify and evaluate ONE aspect of nursing care delivered that you found challenging.
o Your evaluation should include appraisal of how the service-user and carers were involved in their care and inter-professional working, where appropriate.
• Summarize what you learnt from reflecting on the episode of care delivery you have focused upon, and the implications this has for your transition to a registered nurse
o Critically reflecting upon the application on the knowledge, skills and values essential for the transition from student nurse to that of a newly qualified nurse in relation to
1) communication;
2) nursing practice and decision-making;
3) leadership and management
