Organizational task Instructions:
CDU wants to develop an Assessment Center for the recruitment of their Lecturing staff. CDU has asked you as an Organizational Psychologist to design an Assessment Center.
•Your design should cover the following details:
•1. What job and organizational analysis issues do you think will need to be addressed to successfully develop the assessment center?
•2. Identify the components of your proposed Assessment center:
•Briefly describe each component of your assessment center and provide a brief rationale for each components’ inclusion (including any assumptions you make)
3. Explain and justify how performance could be assessed for each component?
4. Explain who should oversee assessing said components. Justify your choice.
•Ensure that you explain how the components/ proposed tasks address the needs of CDU (identified in Q1)
•For your assessment center design (Q2 and 3): Justify your answer using supporting peer-reviewed literature from the last 5 years.
