Child Law – Portfolio
1.Demonstrate the following knowledge and understanding
• Broad knowledge and critical understanding of the nature and overarching principles of child law.
2 Demonstrate the following skills and abilities
• Locate, analyse and synthesise the primary and secondary materials in the area of child law and apply these to reach an informed position.
You are required to complete a portfolio consisting of two pieces of work (Part A and Part B) of not more than 1500 words each, totalling 3000 words (excluding footnotes and bibliography).
The assessment requires a detailed consideration of legal and practical issues pertaining to child law.
Part A and Part B of the portfolio carry equal marks and together total 100% of the unit grade.
