Why is leadership important within your field of nursing?

Write a piece describing why good leadership is important using appropriate references. Although you can use references that discuss leadership in nursing generically remember to also link this directly to your field of practice. NB: One idea may be to start with an example where poor leadership impacted negatively on the care of service users, patients, family members or the public’s perception of nursing. (250-500 words.)
