Pattern Recognition: Summary on a Scientific Paper
Instruction given: Read a paper published in the specified journal/conference and summarize the main idea, techniques, results and your understanding. (~1000 words)

Note: I have prepared three journals from IEEE TPAMI which meet the requirement,Choose anyone of them. If you think there is a better paper to work on, you are welcome to do so, as long as it meets the requirement.
