In this final part of the assignment, you will consider the needs of the individual. You will research the care planning process in your workplace/placement and the models and methods of support relevant for meeting the needs of the individual and evaluate their effectiveness; you will do this using a reflective approach. You will also comment on collaborative working within your care setting.

You need to use the case study which i have attached to answer these questions.

• Describe and explain how to balance rights and risk in making decisions.

• Prepare a Reflective account to evaluate the importance of values, rights and principles in the planning delivery and evaluation of the care plan.

• Describe and evaluate two examples of risk enablement which promote individual’s rights.
