Within teams, there are often team mindsets at work that can prevent or hinder team success.
Read the following pages in Hawkins (2013) which you previously downloaded, 76–78 wisdom of crowds and the folly of teams on pages 76–79.
Review Table 4.1 “Ten Limiting Mindsets in Working with Team Development: A Provocation”:
• Describe what limitations you have had dealing with teams.
Provide examples of limiting mindsets that you have dealt with and explain ways you have used to overcome them.
