Complete a critical evaluation and reflection of your own ‘employability status’ and your future career plans/targets.
For this essay, you could critically analyse and explore a range of personal themes, such as:
1, What work experiences do you already have?
2, What did you gain from these work experiences?
3, How will these experiences assist you with your future career?
4, Are your work experiences important to your employability status?
5, What does the literature say about this?
And …
1, What are your preferred career choices?
2, What can you do with a degree in your subject area?
3, What are the types of career options available in your subject/area/sector of interest?
4, What does the current research/data/literature say about this?
5, What are employers looking for in your preferred area/sector of interest?

To complement your personal critical evaluation and reflection, and to provide a source of information to refer to within your review, you are required to include the following documents in an appendix section:
1) Career Plan.
2) Up to date CV.
NOTE
Go through my CV to inform you of my personal theme to work with. And am currently pursuing a degree course, studying Health and Social Care. Upon completion I intend to obtain a master’s degree in Social Work to work as a social worker.
Component two – Digital Resource
Based on a critical reflection (which makes use of relevant literature to support your analysis), you will examine an issue (at national and/or regional level) – as advised by their subject specific tutors – which may be seen to be affecting companies, organisations and/or workplaces associated to your degree subject area.
