What previous work has been done, what does the literature say, what is the general tone of what the related work is.
You should include 2-3 citations, and don’t forget to do in-text citations.
Your introduction should then flow into a part where you address what is “missing” or what would be helpful for more insight (a transition for your work).
You then end your introduction with your formal hypothesis. In this project, it is predicted that ______ will occur, thereby providing evidence that _______. Sort of thing. This is generally around 3+ paragraphs.
