HRM 612 CASE
The Case Assignment for this course will be a 5 essay (excluding title page and reference page). You should use a minimum of 5 sources with at least 2 sources from the Touro library.
Review Case Study 2 in the SHRM (2015) reading on p. 10. Write an essay that addresses the following:

• Brief summary of the case
• Ways in which you could apply the purposeful leadership theory
• How the Kotter’s 8-step model applies to the case
Share if the organization reorganized, restructured, downsized or a combination of these elements
• Identify and explain areas of resistance and embrace of the organizational change
• The HRM’s role in ensuring success in the outcome of the case
• Provide your thoughts on what could be added to further ensure the organization’s success in this case
• In your conclusion, write a few sentences on how what you learned can be applied in your organization or an organization where you previously worked
Writing guidelines:
Must be between 5 pages in length
• Cover page and reference page (not included in the page count)
• Running head and pagination
• Must be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and typed in 12-point Times New Roman
• Paper should be proofread for spelling and grammar mistakes Essays should be in APA style.
• You must cite all texts used, including page numbers to avoid plagiarism
• Your paper must have a thesis statement and conclusion that are both supported by background literature.
• Use at least 5 sources (with minimum of 3 from the Touro library)
