Forensic Science
As doctors of criminal justice, you will need to understand the significance of this publication. A lot has happened since then, but this expert report explains where things have gone wrong in many instances. Now, there is no way that I expect you to read this report over the next two weeks (yes, this is a 2-week assignment). However, you need to review it with a keen eye toward:
1. The law (federal courts as well as in your state – MD));
2. How forensic science impacts your DRP – Domestic Violence in Women; causes, effect, assistance provided) (if at all); and if it does not,
3. How forensic science impacts new forensic undertakings such as in the area of homeland security.
