Academic Nurse Educator interview
One of the ways to learn about leadership in the academic nurse educator role occurs through the interview method. For this assignment, you will select an academic nurse educator to interview. Develop an interview protocol of ten questions to ask during the interview (see Appendix D for ideas to formulate your own questions or you may use the 10 questions posted).
>Provide a) written report of the interview and b) interview questions and responses (can be bullet responses) (described in Appendix C).
Written report: subheadings must be included for each of the following:
Background, Nurse Educator Perspective (10 questions), Student Perspective, and Conclusion.
