• This can be a macro- or a micronutrient
• Provide a critical analysis and evaluation of the evidence-base for said nutrient, for example
o Consider which evidence was used to inform the recommendations.
o Consider which methods were employed to review this evidence.
o Consider (where applicable) who was involved in reviewing the evidence and making the recommendations.
o Consider whether there has been any new evidence since the publication of the dietary recommendations
