Read chapter 1 of your textbook and the Uber case. Put together a 500-word (minimum) paper addressing the following issues.
Uber is best known for its disruption of the taxi industry but it has also expanded into a number of other areas. What are these other areas?
Is there a common thread that runs through all of these Uber extensions? What are the central elements of the Uber business model?
Given all of this, identify three new opportunities (not mentioned in the case) that you see for Uber? Why would these opportunities be appropriate for Uber?
