Assume the role of a business consultant/change agent to an organization of your choice. It is your responsibility to ascertain the overall health of the organization by using proven techniques for assessing the environment, and the reacceptance of change. Your background research to identify the appropriate technique(s) will guide your assessment. Be prepared to explain why the technique(s) you have chosen is (are) preferable, and the obstacles to change you will have to overcome.

In order to collate, and then evaluate quantitative/qualitative data that will support your environmental assessment, you will need to identify and evaluate three financial and non-financial performance measures.

Your measures should be descriptive and reflective of the present and future state of the problem you will solve or the improvement opportunity you will identify.

2. Write a brief analysis of the matrix in which you will discuss the present or future conditions that serve as barriers that must be overcome for change to occur.
