Description
1. Identification of how a data driven strategy could be used to drive the future sales strategy of Hilti, in particular, what does a good sales territory look like?;
2. Detailed analysis and discussion of the insights gained from the data analysis process and how your findings align with potential opportunities that can support the direction and capabilities of the organisation. Consideration should be given to any potential areas for data monetization; and
3. Recommendation of any potential touch points that could be created to enrich current data offerings with the aim of enhancing products and services offered by Hilti.
