Keeping in mind your semester training plan project, how will you foster a positive and comfortable training environment for your trainees? List, then discuss each of the following: (7 points)
Physical environment (seating, lighting, temperature, etc.)
The trainer’s verbal communication
The trainer’s nonverbal communication (body & eye movement, space, etc.)
Preventing and/or constructively dealing with difficult participants
Bring in course content from Chapter 9, paraphrased or quoted, to support your points. If you are planning an eLearning training, chapter 9 & 12 will be useful. Cite this content in correct APA style. This is something you will also need to also do in the upcoming A3 & A4 assignments.
