2. Assess the impact of the STARMAP. How might it match to the business model canvas or other business model templates you have seen? Do you think the STARMAP incorporates sustainable competitive advantage? (25 marks)
3. The Barringer and Ireland textbook contains a chapter on the challenges of growth. How well do you think that the business has dealt with the challenges of growth? (25 marks)
4. What should Alvogen do? Make the case for both sides. First, put forward the case for the three regional entities. Next, put forward the case for the unified entity. Finally make your recommendation for one or other of these two options. (no sitting on the fence!) (25 marks)
