Semester-long Reputation Management Project
Using the text, class discussion and other course materials, you will prepare a final paper and presentation that follows a brand/organization through a reputation management project First identify the brand and begin to research the history noting all contributing factors to the reputation. This will include the mission of the organization and how that translates both internally and externally. During all phases, it will be critical to mention events that contributed both positively and negatively to the brand’s reputation.
There will be three deadlines associated with this project: (see Syllabus for specifics) Overview, in writing, describing the brand, its history and why it was chosen. This will be no more than 2 pages.
Summary, also in writing, should include a greater level of detail, outline and relevant findings of research.
Final paper and presentation, both in writing and oral presentation at the end of the semester. Presentation should be a concise presentation of the project. Both should include strategies used and recommended.
Refer to the text as a guide to ensure you explore every angle. It is my expectation that you view this as a “work project”.
