There is no length requirement.
As an independent researcher, you are asked to develop a research study for two variables as an experimental or quasi-experimental design. And you need to base this assignment on your own research interests.
1. Develop a hypothesis or research question that you are interested in.

2. State the reasons that you are interested in the research question/hypothesis.
3. What is(are) the independent variable(s) and dependent variable(s) in your hypothesis/research question?

4. Be sure that your diagram depicts an experimental or quasi-experimental research design, and that the drawing reflects the relationships or differences asked in the research question or stated in the hypothesis.
