Required Paper: Writing an Award M7A
In this assignment, you will review the case study provided. You will review your assignments pertaining to this case and then respond to the following:
Write a reasoned award that identifies and includes the following to the arbitration hearing scenario:
Arbitration scenario – workplace disciplinary appeal
• Each party’s claim.
• Each component of the claim.
• The parties’ positions on each component of the claim.
• Your decision on each claim and based on the evidence presented.
Compose your work using a word processor and save it,in a word document. Be sure to check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors before you post it. You must include at least 3 citations that support your work.
A model answer must contain the following:
1. Paper must be no more or less than 3 pages, double spaced
2. Clear description of each party’s claim.
3. Concise explanation of each component of both parties claims and their positions on each claim.
4. Your decision on each claim based on the evidence presented.
5. Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
6. Use of 3 citations
