Write a reasoned award that identifies and includes the following to the arbitration hearing scenario:

Arbitration scenario – workplace disciplinary appeal

• Each party’s claim.

• Each component of the claim.

• The parties’ positions on each component of the claim.

• Your decision on each claim and based on the evidence presented.
