Description
The essay aims to demonstrate a critical appreciation of multi professional working and the current dynamic context in which this is developing. It requires a critical understanding of the professionalism of the children’s workforce and the implications for practice. The changing role of childcare staff in the multi professional arena should be considered. Consideration should also be given to the barriers and enablers of multi professional working.
