Description
Outline the key aspects of what statistics can and cannot contribute to our understanding of crime. Provide details about the pitfalls related to data collection practices and explain four difficulties/sensitivities in regard to why it is difficult to accurately measure crime statistically. For each difficulty/sensitivity provide at least one detailed example. In addition, explain the role sexism and racism may play in the under reporting of crime. Give one example for each.
