This is the first part of my assignment it will be a Literature Review (2000 words) and the organization is Cote Restaurant Ltd. Uk. please fallow the assignment instructions (world doc- red text) and the literature review study guide (PDF doc – yellow text) which I will upload. What is really important need 20 referencing sources end include in this the fallow: House of common (hospitality industry and Covid-19), Companies house, FAME, and . Also journals and most of the sources must be from UK.
Use sources that support the research outline key models and theories as: External factors are those outside the organisation – they determine the business or sectoral environment – they are not under the control of the organisation
They could be modelled with PEST, SWOT or TOWS Points must be supported by evidence and analysed.
Internal factors concern the internal functioning of the organisation, such as its culture, purpose and mission.
They could be modelled with McKinsey’s 7s, SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses Opportunities, Threats), the Ansoff Matrix – )
This study will investigate the specific impact of these factors (or some of these factors) on the selected organisation Points must be supported by evidence and analysed.
