The final part of the project is the creation of a testing policy for your nursing program. Create a testing policy for your nursing program that addresses each aspect of the NLN Fair testing guidelines, accreditation requirements, best practices, and the checklist for test construction.

7. Describe how your created policy aligns with the NCLEX test plan.
8. Alignment to Other Best Practices
9. Describe how your created policy aligns with best practices from at least 3 scholarly resources.
10. Alignment to Cited Accreditation Agency
11. Identify the accreditation agency used and how the testing policy aligns with criterion from the accreditation process.
12. Address Future Efforts to Plan for the Next Generation NCLEX
Clearly communicates at least 5 creative ideas to include in the testing policy.

14. Conclusion
The final section of this paper should be a conclusion paragraph. This should include information from all four projects. The conclusion paragraph should be two to three paragraphs.

For this paper, you should use not only your textbook, but also include additional scholarly references to support your assertions. Each section of the paper should have included three (3) scholarly references. The references can be used in multiple sections. Scholarly references should be no more than five (5) years old and from a peer-reviewed journal.
