For this assignment, choose a well-known company or organization. Analyze it for its reputation in regard to Organizational Culture. Identify as many (or all) of the dimensions of culture, and explain the company’s strengths or challenges in each area. To review, these dimensions are:
Attention to Detail
Outcome Orientation
People Orientation
Team Orientation
Aggressiveness
Stability
Innovation & Risk Taking
Submit a two page (minimum), written assignment describing your chosen company’s Culture, and addressing its commitment to the various dimensions of organizational culture.
Charts and figures may be included in support of the written content. Remember corporate websites are incredibly helpful to identify information about organizational management practices, but students will also want to rely on supportive articles and editorial opinion on the organization (or the business leader) when and how appropriate.

This includes paper formatting, citations, reference list, and writing in the third-person tone of voice (writing in the first person does not comply with APA). Scholarly writing is expected. Critical thinking and the synthesis of course content should resucgolt in an analytical written submission.
