Guidelines:

3. The essay must make a unique argument using adequate and appropriate evidence from the book to support your argument.

4. The student will be expected to draw evidence from the textbook as well as the book (Hard Times) to make their argument (name of textbook is World History II, 9th Edition, by William J. Duiker. Only from chapters 19-21).

5. No “I” statements.

6. Proper nouns only to be used. No direct or indirect object pronouns

7. Make sure to reference/cite page number of text where information being used in the argument was found. Cite information from the book, Hard Times, being used and information from the textbook, Worcgold History II, being used.
