By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies:

Analyze the value of leadership theory for contemporary and future organizations.

peer-reviewed theoretical and scholarly articles to support your case conceptualization of a global Fortune 500 organization. For the final submission of the course project, there should be a minimum of 15 annotated references with at least 10 of them related to the appropriate leadership theory for the case.
The expectation is that this case conceptualization draft will include an examination of the degree to which context and leadership shape organizational and leadership viability. The submission should incorporate global leadership concepts covered to date and be presented in accordance with the course project guidelines. For this case conceptualization draft, complete the following:
Develop the storyline that supports the analysis of the value of leadership theory for the selected global organization. Further refine the leadership issue identified in your Unit 3 submission.
Analyze the leadership systems, context (including, but not limited to social, political, cultural, technological, geographic, legal, and economic considerations), and challenges evidenced in the selected global organization.
Correlate the leadership systems, context, and challenges with relevant theories and models.
Your case conceptualization should be written coherently to support a central idea, with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics as expected of a business professional. Include the following elements:
