Short-term and long-term plan
Paper details:
Create a realistic short-term and long-term plan.
You will upload both plans for other CEOs to view.
The other CEOs should be able to understand your plans within two minutes of looking at them.
What was difficult about making your initial plan. Why? What did you learn when you had to revise it based on the other roles?
Were you still confident in your initial plan? Did your opinions change? How drastically?
How was handling this ethical dilemma? Was it easy for you to take action? Or did it take more thought and analysis?
Everyone has a different desired outcome – how did that feel? In real life, how would you as CEO handle that?
Did you see how this could happen in real life? What impact did the real-life application have on you in the developing and revision of the plans?
