More information on references and examples:
The types of references you use should include books, scientific articles, and websites. You should have at least one reference from each category, but do not limit your references to three — you need more than that. Your bibliography entries can be in APA, MLA, or Chicago style. This website gives instructions on those different style types (See the navigation menu on the left of the target website to view the details of various citation formats). This website will actually generate a citation for you in the proper format.
An annotated bibliography includes descriptive information about each reference in paragraph form directly beneath the reference. This website provides instructions and examples for preparing an annotated bibliography. When writing your annotations, include elements 1, 2 and 3 under the heading “What elements might an annotation include?” found on the website.
Part of the research process is evaluating your resources.
Begin with this Introduction. – Then using the navigation menu on the left of the target website, read the following sections: Where to Begin, General Guidelines, and Evaluating Digital Sources.
Don’t worry about the powerpoint. instructions!
