2. How can predictive analysis be used? Is the cost of implementation feasible?
3. What type of key performance indicators in the HR function would be beneficial?
4. How would you build out your team? What stakeholders would be involved?
5. What type of data would you need? Where will you get this data? Explain the type of formulas or functions you would use once the data is acquired.
6. How would you visualize this data? What type of visuals would you use (graphs, charts, etc.). Feel free to use examples with fake data.

Introduction of Topic and Facts as presented in the case (paraphrased). The discussion of the case is grounded in the facts as presented therefore you must discuss the core of the case with in-text citations.
2. A summary of the area(s) of the case at hand. Find a theme through research about your chosen topic. Find external evidence and facts from the book to support your theme.
