I/T Quality Environment & Curriculum Analysis
(30 points)
Purpose:
Students will create an illustration of a quality I/T learning environment and a list of caregiving materials and developmentally appropriate curriculum materials that support the individual physical, emotional and cultural needs of children and families.
Guidelines:
• Use the text, ITERS, and resources provided in class.
• Create a quality infant/toddler learning environment (must include inside but outside environment is optional).
• Environment must be a minimum of 8 ½ x 11 inches.
• Environment may be 3 dimensional.
• Develop a list of caregiving and curriculum materials you would include in the environment.
• Analyze your environment, including a justification, along with a justification for the choice of materials.
• Analysis and justification must be a minimum of 1 pg. typed.
• Get creative and have fun!
