Select an existing business that recently made a strategic decision to enter a new or emerging market. Consider how the business linked its vision, mission, objectives and strategy to that strategic decision. Prepare and post onto the discussion board information pertaining to:
-The recent strategic decision,
-The vision, mission, objectives and strategy of the business,
-Whether the decision was effectively linked to the vision, mission, objectives and strategy of the business,
-Whether the decision has a short and/or long objective, and
-Whether it complied with the objectives of the business.
Do not use any of the case study companies. (Costco, Netflix, Publix, Uber)
