You will be assessed on the following areas:
Focus on and understanding of the question (whether you have understood and addressed the question; whether your discussions are relevant)
Analytical content (your evaluation of the material you have read, the cogency and clarity of your analysis, the scope and depth of your research)
The quality of your critique (demonstrating independent and critical thinking)
Structure, presentation and writing style
Referencing and bibliography
Structure:
Ensure that your coursework has a coherent and logical structure:
Plan your essay before writing it, after you have undertaken your research
Introduction: identify the issues and how you will address them; background info
Include separate paragraph(s) for each issue before moving on to the next issue
Conclusion: finish with a succinct and reasoned conclusion that draws on your analysis of the issues
Sources to use:
You need to demonstrate sufficient scope and depth of research of primary sources (case law) and secondary sources (books, journal articles). For this year’s coursework your main focus will be on the case law.
Research relevant journal articles in Westlaw and Lexis Library
DO NOT: use Google as a research tool; use websites such as lawteacher, e-lawresources etc. They are not good academic sources.
Avoid revision-guide type textbooks. They are not the best academic sources.

What are the facts?
What are the main issues?
What were the arguments of the plaintiff and the defendant at trial?
How did the trial judge formulate the issues for determination?
What were the findings of the trial judge?
What were the arguments on appeal?
What was the decision of McCloskey LJ? How did he arrive at that decision?
Those are the questions to be considered for the essay

For structure i guess its depending how you answer the question and your judgement on it but preferably introduction, conclusion and another 3-5 paras on whatever you decide to say
