You are the HR Manager of medium sized, UK based financial services organisation and have been asked to
prepare a report for the Board of Directors, outlining the key challenges facing the HR function in 2022. In the report, you should address the following:
• Identify and discuss two key HR challenges facing the organisation within the next twelve months.
o The report should outline the implications of each of the challenges for the organisation, including possible risk factors
• Present recommendations outlining how the organisation can successfully prepare to meet these
challenges.
o The report should specify particular courses of action and identify responsibility for their implementation.
