Positive Change Paper
You take a position as the nurse manager on a unit. You are asked for suggestions on the best way to implement positive changes to the health-care system and/or nursing. Address the following areas:
· What is the difference between leadership and management?
· Identify two challenges in leadership and management.
· How would you create a climate that promotes teamwork and optimal interdisciplinary communication?
· Identify a strategy that you could utilize to successfully implement change.
· How would you evaluate if your changes were effective?
