Questions:
1. A consultant (internal or external) has the option to use any number of recognized data collection methods. Given what you know about these methods, present a rationale for how you would go about selecting those to use in a diagnostic study (10 points).
2. One of the most critical objectives of a diagnostic study is to arrive at valid conclusions extracted from the interpretation of varied and impartial data.
Elaborate on the following (10 points):
a. How you would satisfy this objective.
b. How you would assure a client organization that your conclusions are accurate.
3. Written survey instruments are one of the most common methods of data collection used in a diagnostic study. If you were to select a commercially available instrument to use in a diagnostic project, what criteria would weigh heavily on your decision to select a credible instrument? Briefly explain why these criteria are important. (5 points)
