Your research should cover press accounts, secondary analysis in magazines and journals (if there is any), and Internet materials (union and employer websites, blogs, etc.)
Your paper could be structured roughly as follows:
1. A brief description of the event (essential facts) and a summary statement of why the event is significant (1 page).
2. Your analysis of the effectiveness of the strategies and tactics of labor and management and/or your analysis of significant environmental constraints (3 pages).
3. Conclusion (1 page): What important lessons can be drawn from the negotiations (or what are the key items to follow, if the event is upcoming or in progress)?
