Use one of the models of reflective practice introduced in this session (e.g. Gibbs, Brookfield, Moon, Schon or Kolb)
Present your written statement using the same academic conventions as you did with assignment one (use an academic style of writing, support your statements with evidence/citations and Harvard referencing)
Link your conclusions to targets for your development as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking forward to your first post
