For this discussion, you will draft a presentation to the Texas Legislature on the impact of Texas S. B. 1 on Texans with disabilities.
2. Research the concerns of Texans with disabilities regarding the barriers that they encounter while voting and possible difficulties with Texas S. B. 1.
3. Determine your position. Should the next Texas legislative session (2023) amend Texas S. B. 1 or create new legislation to accommodate Texans with disabilities while voting? Or, does Texas S. B. 1 already accommodate their concerns while voting. If this is your stance, then your presentation should detail ways to inform or educate Texans on the benefits of the bill. Regardless, of your position, you should take into account the needs of Texans with disabilities and the desires of those who wrote the legislation.
4. Create a PowerPoint presentation in at least 150 words. Since this is a presentation, you should use bullet points to succinctly convey your point of view. You are not required to include photos, but if you include them all photos and images must have captions.

You will also need to meet your 200-word count. Your assignment must be submitted in a form of a presentation, points will be deducted for written proposals that are copied/pasted into the discussion thread.
