Prepare questions to send via email to the client. Perform initial diagnosis of the Problem/Challenge
A written research outline and problem/challenge diagnosis that shows how the team would address the client’s challenge/problem. The email should contain the questions for the client, that will be answered via email. The research outline and problem/challenge diagnosis should include, but are not limited to the following:
Client challenge/problem statement
Industry research
Industry trends
Primary & Secondary Research
Consumer trends
Competitive environment
Regulatory
You will be graded on your support for objective identification through diagnosis and your research, the professionalism, and the quality of your research outline
and problem/challenge diagnosis.
