Behaviour Change Reflection Research Paper
Write a report including:
1) Introduction:
• Introduce the behaviour you chose to change (IN MY CASE IT WILL BE EXERCISING), and why you chose that behaviour. Use the course literature to present a health and wellness perspective of the behaviour(s).
2) Method
• Describe 1) how you monitored your behaviour (i.e., diary, cell phone app, etc.) and 2) what you recorded and justify every decision you have taken.
• State your SMART goal.
• Describe your plan of action and the strategies you are using to change your behaviour.
3) Results:
• Provide the records of your behaviour over time. This includes both the monitoring phase and the behaviour change implementation phase.
4) Discussion
• Critically reflect on your experience with this project.
• Your critical reflection must: Integrate course theories and concepts with your personal experience in a critical analysis, (2) offer a reflection of your experience, (3) and show that you begin to understand the factors that are related to your performance of the target behaviour.
