Task Instructions
You must present a portfolio of documents based on the preparation for an appraisal of a property. The documents can be sourced from a real estate agency where you work or from a peak body/organisation in your state or territory. Alternatively, you can provide notes which are neatly and clearly typed which contain the relevant information for each document.
Your portfolio should include the following:
• Agreement with client to carry out a property appraisal – short paragraph- make it up
• Confirmation of ownership of the property – short paragraph- make it up
• Property appraisal document/checklist – have a look into the example attached
• The real estate code of ethics for your state or territory
• Three comparable properties – this can be completed as part of the appraisal document/checklist or as a separate document
