Developing and An Evaluating Framework for Hospital Disaster Resilience in Saudi Arabia Hospitals
1-In paper 16 there is a Conceptual framework. The important elements are (Management and Leadership ,Planning,Prevention and Mitigation ,Preparedness,Response
Recovery) as well as the elements in the conceptual framework.
2-The first study investigates the barriers and facilitators that would impede or contribute to implementing an influential resilience to hospital disasters in Saudi Arabia through policymakers’ and healthcare practitioners’ perspectives (This aim will be achieved using a quantitative approach).
Research questions
-To what extent do robustness of management and leadership play an intrinsic fortitude role in hospital resilience in disaster?
-To what extent does Disaster Risk Management (DRM) impact on achieving essential resilience criteria by attaining primacies in a timely fashion and capacity to replenish resources?
Objectives:
*Enhancing the robustness of managers’ role to support, involvement, and commitment in the hospital and strengthen management and leadership by creating sustainable and safe healthcare ecosystems and a hospital’s inherent strength to withstand the consequences of an event.
* Assess hospital resilience by robustness, redundancy, resourcefulness, and rapidity, which is, in turn, influenced by a complex of various adapted resilience domains.

3 – Slightly important 4 – Neutral
5 – Moderately important 6 – Very important
7 – Extremely important
4- The survey must investigates theses elements regards of the rate of Level of Importance.
