Referencing – if you have referred to other authors thoughts, ideas and opinions in your posts, you should reference the author as you would in an academic assignment using the Harvard reference style. This is good practice for your written assignments.
Learning Outcomes
Critically evaluate existing literature, research design and methodology for the chosen topic, including data analysis processes.
Critically appraise the range of research designs, research methodologies, research epistemologies, sampling methods and research methods that are commonly used in health and social care research.
Critically examine the contribution primary and secondary data sources can make to research studies i.e. sampling, data analysis and presentation and explore what is meant by evidence in health and social care research.
