A. The consulting organization you work for has just announced that employee travel processes will be outsourced to an off-shore provider. This is part of a larger effort to increase supplier diversity. The new travel company has an excellent reputation; however, there have been some language and customer service issues reported by other users. All employees in your company who travel for business purposes must use this new provider if they expect to receive company reimbursement for their travel. This change will take place approximately six weeks from now. You and other consultants with your organization travel both nationally and internationally, and typically spend 60% to 75% of your time on the road.
