You will be asked to present a poster-based business case for additional care funding which enhances care provision for a group of people
Purpose of the assessment:
1. Examine critically current partnership, collaboration and interagency working to enhance care and delivery across the individual’s healthcare journey
2. Appraise critically current health policies and identify their impact on the delivery and coordination of care across the individual’s healthcare journey.
3. Discuss critically the complex provision of mental, cognitive, behavioural and physical care services across a wide range of integrated care settings to maintain optimal independence.
4. Construct a basic business case for additional care funding by APPLYING KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCE AND RESOURCES.
