2. A discussion of the pathophysiology and pharmacology relevant to the episode of care
3. The importance of person-centred care and involving patients in their decisions around the planning and implementation of their care.
4. Discuss the relevance of health policy in relation to the case study.
5. Critical discussion and evidence to support or refute the decisions that were made
6. Evaluating the effect of the decision

Scenario please read carefully instructions below
I was working with my nursing supervisor on a night shift. We was handed over a patient called Mr Justine Brown who is a 58 year old who has a leg ulcer and the leg ulcer was dressed earlier on the day shift. Mr Brown pressed the bell stating that he was given a regular paracetamol, then after 1 hour he was still complaining that he was in severe pain. My supervisor contacted the Doctor and explained to the doctors that the patient is still having pain and the doctor prescribed morphine for the patient. After the patient took the morphine he became reliefs.
